The Site is operated by keeva LLC. We design and sell magnetic phone accessories, including MagSafe-compatible stands, wallets, and mounts. Our products are sold through shopkeeva.com and keeva's official Amazon storefront.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and imagery, but we do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, reliable, or error-free.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors, and will issue a full refund in such cases.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. keeva LLC does not store payment card information. By submitting your order, you authorize the full payment for the items and any applicable taxes or shipping fees.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. keeva LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@shopkeeva.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Please visit our Returns page for full details on eligibility and how to start a return.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

keeva products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
